A dedicated “Repoint” module has been introduced in 360Suite, allowing business users and analysts to repoint Web Intelligence documents without requiring universe expertise. This workflow leverages administrator-provided mapping templates for accurate, simplified migrations.
The module includes pages for managing universe mapping tables through file upload or manual entry, and for creating and executing repoint tasks. Users can easily select documents and schedule or perform the repoint process efficiently.
This enhancement reduces dependency on technical knowledge, minimizes errors during migrations, and ensures a seamless document update experience for users handling BusinessObjects environments.
360Suite is now officially validated and certified for Windows Server 2025, ensuring compatibility across all core modules and components. Customers can confidently deploy or upgrade in modern Windows environments without disruptions.
This release introduces configurable retention policies for 360Suite log files, enabling automated cleanup and reducing unbounded log directory growth. Administrators can define rules or use default settings to maintain storage efficiency.
A new option in the Administration Console under Technical → Logging allows scheduling of daily cleanup tasks and initiating on-demand cleanup when needed. All configuration changes and cleanup actions are auditable to ensure traceability and compliance.
The solution improves log manageability without altering existing log formats or locations, ensuring compatibility with current environments while eliminating frequent manual interventions.
360Suite now allows administrators to merge two CMS instances, consolidating resources and references under a single identifier. This feature supports stable governance during environment restructuring or migration scenarios.
The merge process is accessed through the centralized CMS Management interface and requires both CMS environments to be registered. The action is gated and require explicit activation via Wiiisdom Support for controlled deployment.
This enhancement reduces operational risk, minimizes broken links, and ensures data integrity, providing administrators with a reliable solution during CMS consolidation projects.
▪ Repoint - The repoint now uses the “allInfo” API parameter by default on SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 SP0 or later, allowing users to retrieve complete dataprovider details in a single request for improved efficiency.
▪ 360Eyes for SAP BusinessObjects - We are now retrieving DataSource Names in WEBI jobs using allInfo=true, ensuring complete snapshots without empty values or "NO UNIVERSE" placeholders.
▪ 360Cast - Simulate action runs full task instead of simulation (Impact: High)
Description: In the 360Cast Scheduling & Report Bursting Tasks, the "Simulate" function is currently failing to perform test runs and is instead triggering full task executions.

Description: The system is currently unable to retrieve audit event data during the CMS Diagnostic process when the SAP BusinessObjects Audit database is hosted on Oracle.

▪ 360Eyes WEBI Job - DataFilters not fully extracted when multiple OR/AND groups exist (Impact: Low)
Description: This bug causes 360Eyes to capture incomplete information when extracting metadata from reports that use complex data filters. Specifically, when a report contains multiple logical conditions (such as "AND" or "OR" groups), the job only records the final part of the filter and loses the preceding ones.
