A dynamic onboarding checklist is now integrated into the 360Suite toolbar.
This feature provides a clear, personalized list of essential setup steps for the modules available in your environment.

360Suite now supports SQL-based events that allow tasks to run only when specific data conditions are met.
You can define an SQL query and a validation rule, ensuring that scheduled or manual tasks execute only when the query returns the expected result.
This feature introduces a new level of data-driven control to task automation
Previously, you needed to rely on manual checks or external scripts to confirm data readiness before running tasks, which was time-consuming and error-prone. With SQL-based events, workflows become more reliable and efficient, reducing risk and improving confidence in BI operations.
You can now download files that were previously uploaded in key 360Suite modules, including Destination Lists, which was previously possible, tasks, and project initialization workflows.
This enhancement introduces a dedicated download button in the interface, making it easy to retrieve original files whenever needed.
This capability improves usability and collaboration by allowing quick access to uploaded content for review or updates. It eliminates the need to recreate files, reducing effort and minimizing the risk of errors.
Date input fields in task configuration screens have been standardized across all relevant tasks, including Clear Inboxes, Purge Folders, Purge Users, Archive Instances, and Delete Instances.
Ambiguous calendar pickers have been replaced with clear, relative time-based inputs such as “older than X days.”
Tooltips and help text have been added to guide configuration, and the interface now uses consistent components for a more intuitive experience.
This ensures faster configuration, fewer errors, and a smoother experience when managing workflows.
Selecting the right event is now simpler and more reliable.
The full path of each event is displayed in dropdown lists when configuring tasks, whether you’re setting an event to wait for or triggering one.
This ensures clarity when multiple events share the same name and helps you configure tasks with confidence.
When connected to a BI2025 or newer platform, 360Suite now automatically hides features that are no longer supported, such as UNV to UNX conversion, MSU to SSU conversion, QAAWS, and Audit BI2025 Readiness.
This ensures a cleaner interface and helps you focus only on functionalities that are relevant to your environment.
Support for outdated database versions has been removed to ensure better maintainability, security, and alignment with modern standards.
This update affects MySQL 5.7, Oracle 12cR1 and 12cR2, PostgreSQL 11 and 12, and SQL Server 2012 and 2014 across 360Suite and 360Eyes products.

A new export format, “XLSX Data Only”, is now available for Crystal Reports in both 360Bind and 360Cast.
This option provides raw, unformatted data exports, complementing the existing formatted XLSX export. It is accessible during destination list creation, scheduling and report bursting tasks in 360Cast, and regression testing export tasks in 360Bind.
This enhancement supports data validation and distribution workflows by delivering clean, structured data without formatting artifacts.
QA analysts and report consumers can now validate, integrate, and analyze data more efficiently, improving accuracy and consistency in data-centric operations.
The 360Eyes extraction process for SAP BusinessObjects has been enhanced to automatically identify Web Intelligence documents that use Virtual Cubes. A new column, HAS_VIRTUAL_CUBE, has been added to the EYE_DOCUMENT table.
This improvement eliminates the need for manual inspection across hundreds of reports when auditing environments or preparing for upgrades and governance reviews.
It helps administrators and BI analysts quickly assess potential risks and dependencies, saving time and improving accuracy.
360Vers now allows administrators to configure draft creation and merge operations in Object Mode to use a designated Security Lock user instead of relying on the permissions of the person performing the action.
This option is available in the Admin Console under Object Mode configuration, where you can choose between using the current action user or the Security Lock user.
This enhancement ensures consistent permissions, prevents merge failures caused by insufficient rights, and maintains a secure audit trail.

Managing email distribution settings for scheduled reports is now easier.
360Suite adds support for two new columns—EMAIL - REPLYTO and EMAIL - BCC—in Excel-based workflows.
These columns appear in both documentation exports and update templates, allowing administrators to view, audit, and modify reply-to and Bcc addresses directly in Excel.
This enhancement reduces manual effort and improves control over automated report distribution.
Excel exports from 360Univ now include a new “FORMAT” column for Dimensions and Measures, showing the display format (e.g., numeric, date, currency) alongside the data type.
This enhancement makes it easier to review format consistency, prepare Universes for conversion, and perform governance checks without manual inspection or external tools.
The feature applies to UNX Universes only and is read-only, ensuring accurate documentation of existing formats.

▪ 360Suite Core - Improved Tomcat security and a hardening guide is available to help maintain a safe environment.
▪ 360Suite Core - Enhanced error reporting now provides detailed, user-friendly messages when RESTful WebService URL validation fails, helping diagnose configuration issues quickly while keeping sensitive data secure.
▪ 360Eyes for SAP BusinessObjects - Now applying a 1-hour default timeout for WebI jobs with -restful.timeout to prevent them from running indefinitely.
▪ 360Eyes for SAP BusinessObjects - Enhanced 360Eyes reports 60 and 64 now provide accurate document-level usage insights by excluding instances and using a single universe for simplified audit analysis.
▪ 360Eyes_UNIVERSE.unx - The “Eye Universe Obj/Eye Universe Table Used” folder is deprecated as it no longer reflects the current behavior. The existing “Eye Universe Tbl Col Used” folder provides more accurate and complete data.
▪ 360Cast - Added an “Update Password” button in 360Cast to securely change stored credentials without recreating them.
▪ 360View - The “Purge Webi Document” task is now enabled only when a Webi document is selected, with a tooltip for clarity.
▪ 360View - Crystal Documents export and documentation tasks now log each Crystal Report name, providing clear progress visibility and reassurance during execution.
▪ 360View - The “Server” field is now mandatory in Excel templates when updating Crystal Connections to ensure accurate updates.
▪ 360Eyes for Collibra - Now retrieving and logging the root cause of CSV import failures using the Collibra REST API, improving troubleshooting and visibility.
▪ 360Eyes For SAP BusinessObjects - Event prompt should use ADDED_TO_ADS instead of START_TIME in order to be extracted (Impact: Critical)
Description: Extract the audit event prompt based on their ADDED_TO_ADS date instead of their START_TIME. This fixes an issue where the “EYE_AUDIT_EVENT_PROMPT” was left empty in 360Eyes database.
