Redesign of CMS Connection Handling in 360Suite
This release contains a huge change in the way we handle connection to CMS. This change has been made to avoid some issues we were having in the past when connecting to a CMS with different name/ip. For more information on this, please head over to this knowledge base: Managing CMS Connections with Unique Identifiers in 360Suite
Support for SAP BusinessObjects 4.2 has been removed in this version
SAP BusinessObjects 4.2 reached its end of life in December 2022, followed by the end of Priority One Support in December 2024. To focus on more recent versions of SAP BusinessObjects, support for version 4.2 has been removed starting with 360Suite 2026.2. If you require a version of 360Suite that remains compatible with SAP BusinessObjects 4.2, please contact our Support team.
Support for SAP HANA as the 360Suite database has been removed in this version.
Support for using SAP HANA as the 360Suite database has been removed.
SAP HANA remains supported for 360Eyes, including data storage and data extraction from SAP BusinessObjects, but it is no longer supported as a read/write repository for 360Suite due to query compatibility limitations.
Wiiisely is now integrated directly into the 360Suite interface, providing users with in-product assistance without leaving the platform. This feature offers contextual help, access to documentation, and ticket escalation within key screens.

Users can access the assistant from onboarding flows, configuration pages, and troubleshooting areas through an icon aligned with existing design standards. This integration enhances user experience by delivering quick guidance where it is most needed.
This improvement aims to accelerate onboarding, reduce friction, and empower users to resolve questions independently, minimizing reliance on external resources and support tickets.
This release introduces a centralized mechanism in 360Suite to manage CMS connections using unique, stable identifiers instead of names or IP addresses. This ensures data integrity when CMS names change, nodes are removed, or environments are restructured.

Administrators can now classify CMS types for governance, enforce registration to block unauthorized connections, and manage CMS properties from the Administration Console. The onboarding process now requires CMS registration as the first step.
All 360Suite resources, including tasks and backups, are now linked to the unique internal ID rather than the CMS cluster name, preserving continuity even after environment changes.
This release introduces mandatory CMS Diagnostics as a preflight check during installation, upgrades, CMS configuration, and after significant environment changes. Administrators must validate CMS connectivity, authentication, cluster topology, and representative WebI/Crystal access before proceeding.
The Administration Console now displays diagnostic status, timestamps, and detailed results with guided remediation steps. Alerts notify when re-runs are required, and telemetry captures diagnostic usage and outcomes to enhance product reliability and support continuous improvement.
These enhancements help prevent misconfigurations, reduce troubleshooting time, and ensure consistent, predictable performance across the 360Suite lifecycle.
360Plus now supports automatic splitting of oversized tabs into multiple sheets when generating backup documentation. This enhancement ensures that datasets exceeding Excel’s row limit of 1,048,576 rows are fully exported without truncation.
The feature preserves sequential row order and applies a clear naming convention for overflow sheets, such as “Access Level-1” and “Access Level-2.” No user interaction or interface changes are required, providing complete and accurate documentation effortlessly.
360Plus now supports backup, rollback, and disaster recovery for the “Applications” component of SAP BusinessObjects. This enhancement ensures that both security settings and configuration data are fully captured during backup operations.
Rollback and disaster recovery processes now restore Applications with complete fidelity, maintaining consistency across environments. This capability extends to promotion tasks, enabling seamless transfer of Applications between SAP BusinessObjects environments.
Additional updates include support for Applications in Audit Backup, Recycle Bin, repository management, and promotion tasks, ensuring comprehensive coverage and improved environment protection.
360Plus now supports a Global Retention Setting, allowing administrators to define a single retention policy applied across all backup tasks. This enhancement ensures consistent retention management and reduces the risk of accidental backup deletion.

The new option is available in the Administration Console under Backup Configuration, where you can activate Global Retention and set the maximum number of backups per CMS. A new onboarding step, “Backup Retention,” has also been added to guide configuration.
When Global Retention is enabled, task-level retention fields are disabled, and a clear message indicates the global policy is active. By default, if no backups exist, Global Retention applies with a limit of five backups.
The SQL Parser now supports parsing SQL queries that include FULL OUTER JOIN operations, ensuring accurate extraction of table and column names in these scenarios.
This enhancement also addresses queries containing the term “prompt” in table or column names, as well as those using the legacy outer-join syntax ‘*=’ in the WHERE clause.
These improvements significantly increase the parser’s reliability and accuracy when handling complex SQL queries from SAP BOBJ environments.
360Suite now supports importing Excel files by targeting worksheets using their names and columns using header names, ensuring greater accuracy and consistency during data mapping.
This improvement eliminates issues caused by column reordering or structural changes, reducing the risk of incorrect mappings and data corruption during imports.
By leveraging exact or case-insensitive matches for both sheet and header names, this feature enhances reliability and minimizes the need for manual adjustments or rework.
The UNV to UNX conversion now processes all selected universes during batch conversion, even if individual conversions fail. This ensures that the entire set of universes is handled without interruption.
Users receive a comprehensive summary at the end of the process, detailing the number of successful and failed conversions. This enhancement provides greater transparency and reliability for large-scale universe migrations.
The 360Live module has undergone a complete redesign, featuring a modernized user interface aligned with 360Suite standards, enhanced workflows for Watcher creation, and improved visibility of Webi session monitoring.
Significant backend architecture refactoring delivers improved scalability and maintainability. A new threading model, centralized task orchestration, and enhanced error handling ensure reliable performance and robust management of background processes under heavy loads.
Combined with advanced monitoring metrics, these upgrades provide administrators with greater control over long-running Webi document refreshes, enabling proactive performance management and a consistent, reliable monitoring experience.
The Collibra integration now removes the deprecated parameters batchSize and saveResult from API calls, ensuring compliance with the latest API specifications and improving long-term compatibility.
A new parameter, relationsAction=ADD_OR_IGNORE, has been introduced during relation imports. This addition helps prevent deadlock issues and enhances the stability of data synchronization processes.
The 360Eyes Collibra Extension now includes an updated review of parameters sent to the Collibra Import CSV API. This enhancement addresses potential issues during job execution and improves compatibility with Collibra Platform requirements.
By refining parameter usage, the update ensures more reliable data imports and reduces the risk of errors such as deadlocks. Users can now benefit from improved stability and consistency when integrating data governance processes with Collibra.

▪ 360Plus - Restoring a Folder from a Specific Date Omits Child Items with Different Backup Timestamps (Impact: High)
Description: When restoring a folder to a past backup date, only items backed up at that exact timestamp are currently restored, causing missing documents or subfolders. This results in an inaccurate reconstruction of the folder’s true state at that moment in time. All items that existed at that date must be recovered, even if their backup timestamps differ.
ID: P360SUITE-12484
▪ 360Bind - Cannot add Personal Folders and Personal Categories in the Non-Regression Export Task (Impact: Medium)
