Release date:
Hello Everyone,
We’re pleased to share a new release focused on improving pipeline visibility, logging, and monitoring, along with new governance enhancements for Power BI and a validation capability for Tableau.
As always, you can find important links just below.
📖Full documentation 💡Knowledge base 📞Customer support
Wiiisdom Cloud Platform now allows configuring distinct outputs for successful and failed pipeline executions across all post process types.
This enables context‑aware notifications and downstream automations, improving reliability while reducing manual actions after runs.
The API now provides detailed execution logs for pipelines triggered through the public API, enabling automation workflows to retrieve actionable diagnostics beyond high-level statuses.
This enhancement benefits orchestration tools and scheduling systems by delivering immediate, machine-readable feedback for improved monitoring and troubleshooting.
Predictive Monitoring now displays a reliable indicator reflecting the actual data extraction process instead of the last event timestamp.
This gives administrators clear visibility into data freshness, improving confidence in monitoring insights and daily prioritization decisions.
Logs are now consolidated by execution, bringing together all related logs in a single view rather than separating them by individual steps.
This improvement provides complete visibility, including post-processing logs, making troubleshooting faster and ensuring a clearer understanding of the entire execution lifecycle.
A new option allows administrators to control whether missing folders are created in the target workspace during the Deploy Content step for Power BI.
This enhances governance by preventing unintended folder creation while preserving expected deployment behavior when structures already exist.
When disabled, deployments fail if required folders are missing; when enabled, missing folders are created and reported in execution results.
The existing Governance Digest email for Power BI has been enhanced with richer insight content, including the new “Today’s Priority” section highlighting the top priorities and their performance evolution.
This improvement helps users quickly identify critical changes and focus on what matters most, enabling faster and more effective governance decisions across platforms.
Wiiisdom Cloud Platform compares Tableau view data with trusted SQL results (Snowflake only for now, with more coming soon), and provides preview, mapping, scheduling, and diff visualization.
It validates what users see, reduces risk, replaces manual reconciliations, and adds auditable end‑to‑end data correctness for critical dashboards.
▪ Pipeline list now supports inline renaming with uniqueness validation, allowing users to quickly rename pipelines directly from the list without leaving the current view.
▪ Improved Predictive Monitoring extraction to deliver more accurate, comprehensive insights, enhancing the reliability and relevance of governance detection.
▪ Upgraded Keycloak.
▪ The predictive daily extraction may fail to monitor capacity monitoring after one hour of processing
High impact · WIIIS-2344
Capacity monitoring data may be randomly missing because extraction has failed after a more-than-1h run.
▪ Impossible to duplicate a step in the Pipeline designer
Low impact · WOFT-3334
This issue disrupts the pipeline design workflow by forcing users to manually recreate steps instead of duplicating them, which increases configuration time and the risk of errors, especially for complex pipelines with multiple similar steps.
▪ For the simulation journey step, the color of the chips on the sub-steps is incorrect
Low impact · WIIIS-1580
Validation state of substeps is inconsistant after some interaction in the pipeline designer.
▪ Business user can discover administrator and other roles
Low impact · WCPC-246
Attacker, if authentified can discover informations about roles of your users.
