Symptom
- When you launch a backup task it immediately stop with error "UnsatisfiedLinkError"
- When you try to update the Backup Configuration in Administration Console it shows a never ending waiter
Cause
Sending backups to a protected folder relies on Windows APIs that are provided by a DLL file. This DLL is shipped with Visual C++ 2010 runtime that may have been removed or cleaned up on your server.
Resolution
Then you can restart WebPlatform Tomcat server.
