Cannot backup nor change Backup configuration due to UnsatisfiedLinkError

Symptom

When you launch a backup task it immediately stop with error "UnsatisfiedLinkError"
When you try to update the Backup Configuration in Administration Console it shows a never ending waiter

Environment

Product: 360Plus
Windows servers only
Local Backup Repository with credentials
Product version: irrelevant

Cause

Sending backups to a protected folder relies on Windows APIs that are provided by a DLL file. This DLL is shipped with Visual C++ 2010 runtime that may have been removed or cleaned up on your server.

Resolution

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 and download vcredist_x64.exe

Then you can restart WebPlatform Tomcat server.
