Error : "Can't instanciate Webi Factory"
Symptom
When running WEBI jobs, the following error may be encountered:

Cause
360Eyes WEBI jobs on versions more recent than 2021.1 use the RESTful SDK stack by default.Resolution
As a result, the following must be checked:
- Is the WACS (Web Application Container Service) running AND active on the BI4 system (mandatory for RESTful SDK)?
- Check the WACS HTTP port (in Services > WACS > Properties > HTTP Configuration). The default port is: 6405 (http://<BO_server>:6405/biprws)
- Was the RESFUL Web Service installed at BOE platform deployment time?
- Is the URL set in CMC > Applications > RESTFUL Web Services valid? Does it return any XML flow?
